We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects included spacious and clean rooms, along with a delicious breakfast with plenty of Burmese and English options. The hotel's location is very convenient, with a shopping center and excellent dining options within walking distance. We also found the staff to be helpful and accommodating.
Not obvious to find. Traffic in this city can be a bit of a challenge, but the hotel's proximity to the airport makes it a great choice for travelers.

The hotel was set easy walk to kyauk daw kyi. The property was in front of Yangon Central train station. Honestly no complains at all...

It's super close to Kyauk Taw Gyi Pagoda, just a mile away, with good service, a quick 15-minute walk to A1 bus stop, and exceptional rates that didn't bother me at all!

The breakfast had an okay selection of food, and the rooms were quite spacious. the hotel was conveniently located near the airport and a shopping center. I also appreciated the friendly staff.
The area around the hotel was pretty desolate and boring. There were no good restaurants or entertainment options within walking distance.

Convenient Location and Delicious Food
The hotel's location near the airport is very convenient for travelers. It is also within walking distance of a shopping center and many excellent restaurants. The food in the hotel's restaurant was delicious with a good variety of Burmese and English dishes. The fruit selection was always fresh and tasty.
The hotel area can be quite deserted at night with minimal human and vehicular traffic. although the breakfast buffet had a broad selection of food, nothing aside from the traditional mohinga was kept warm, resulting in cold eggs.
